After the first fish page I thought it a good idea to work out how to move my designs on to do a screenprint. In theory this sounded good to me, but in reality I started too far away from my own style and wasn’t happy with the first few sketches. I was trying to think of a way to turn my designs into prints I could do with a stencil rather than my discontinued and very expensive gocco screens. It didn’t take long to realise that my designs work best when simple linework, so maybe gocco screens are calling after all, and I just need to have some sales to allow me to stock up on supplies.
