Having a whale of a time printing at the moment, and I can’t wait for this one to be finished. However, I have to be patient and not only wait for ink to dry (whilst trying to stop my 10 month old son crawling all over them and covering the house in blue handprints!) but also need to find the time to print each screen on several bags. I confess I am a much bigger fan of┬áprinting with gocco screens than stencil screenprints and feel much more confident doing this, so was a little nervous about printing these waves with my ‘big screen.’ I’m glad to say that I’m really pleased with how they’ve turned out and think the colour and pattern so far is quite striking. Let’s hope I don’t ruin them with the other 3 layers I’m about to add.
