The elephants paraded through London, raising an amazing £4 million for charity, and just as we were starting to miss seeing them around we came across the Chester rhinos (not Leeds rhinos as my brother would have hoped!) grazing their way around Chester. As it was a fleeting visit a couple of weekends ago whilst staying with a friend in her gorgeous cottage we only saw a few of the 62 dotted around the city but I think this is a fantastic way to raise money when they are auctioned off for the Black Rhino Field Conservation Project in Kenya and Tanzania managed by Chester Zoo and the local charity Hospice of the Good Shepherd.

So far I’ve seen cows in Prague, elephants in London and rhinos in Chester, where will be next I wonder?
