We have recently moved flat, only about a mile and a half down the road to a nicer flat, but have increased our commute which means less time to ourselves in the evening. On a plus side there is a ‘garden’ for taking photos of my new ranges and it means there’s more time for sketching on the way to and from work and a bit of commute time to ponder new projects.

Now we have no private parking space we are loathed to move the car from it’s trusty spot near the flat, which led to the decision to get a veg box delivered to our door every week from Abel and Cole. The first box was delivered yesterday and I have to say so far so good – not only does the veg look tasty (including purple carrots) it’s supporting local and organic farmers, and means that we get different veg and a surprise every week which encourages us to think about alternatives to our standard recipes. As I write this we are sat in Starbucks (not so healthy) making the most of the wifi until ours is installed in 2 weeks, so if things are quiet from me for a while that is the reason, along with trying out new recipes with tasty veg.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Xx
